Calling for nominations for consideration of Life Membership of the West Preston Lakeside Football Club.

Please note the nomination must be supported by two current financial members of the club and outline the supporting reasons for the nomination as per the policy guidelines.

Nominations are to be sent via email to secretary@westprestonlakesidefc.com.au

Nominations close on the 23rd of November 2022. All nominations will be verified against criteria and suitability by The Life Membership subcommittee and then referred to the Committee of the club for ratification.
The club is planning a pre season function prior to the launch of the 2023 Season at which successful nominees will be awarded the honour of life membership of the club.
